New patients aged 18 and over at Golden Plains Dental Services, Unit 5/14 High Street, Bannockburn VIC 3331. $199 covers a comprehensive check-up, scale and clean, fluoride, and up to two bitewing X-rays if your dentist finds them clinically necessary. The usual fee for these items is $243, or $339 with two X-rays. You can claim on your extras cover with HICAPS on the day. Your benefit depends on your fund, level of cover, waiting periods and remaining limits, so you may pay a gap. Any further treatment is explained and quoted separately, and is your choice. Not available with CDBS, DVA or any other offer. One per person. Offer ends 31 March 2027.

Our services
Check-ups and cleans: an exam and a scale and clean by your dentist. CDBS bulk billing for eligible children.
Toothache, broken or chipped tooth: call during opening hours and we'll find the earliest suitable time.
Dentures: full and partial dentures, repairs and relines, with Dr Tasneem. Repairs may be done on the same day, depending on the damage.
Whitening, veneers and composite bonding (tooth-coloured repairs for chips and small gaps): Dr Tasneem talks through what suits your teeth, the risks and the fees first. Results vary from person to person.
We also do fillings, root canal treatment, extractions, crowns, bridges and mouthguards.
Health funds
Claim on the spot with HICAPS. We accept all health funds and DVA Gold and White cards, and offer CDBS bulk billing for eligible children. Forgotten Australians are welcome.

Yes, but it's limited. The clinic is on the ground floor with no steps.
Can I claim on my health fund?
Yes. We accept all health funds and you can claim on the spot with HICAPS. We also accept DVA Gold and White cards.
